Our reference: the central office's glass partition walls of Cafe Frei

Once again, we were involved in a special project, we contributed to the interior design of the new, uniquely designed head office of Café Frei Kft. in the Green House Office Building. Our glass walls were commissioned by our partner IGL Construct Kft.

CAFE FREI in a few sentences

CAFE FREI was founded by Tamás Frei, novelist and former TV world traveller, and Tamás Langár, economist and food entrepreneur. The first café opened in Hungary in April 2007 and since then, thanks to the franchise network, it has been expanding steadily. Today, it is the largest chain of coffee houses in the country. 2013 was a breakthrough year for the company internationally, with the opening of the first coffee shops in Central Europe. Today, cafés are operating in several european countries, moreover in exotic Saudi Arabia and Dubai. Coffee specialities from all over the world are on offer, as well as pastries and teas.

A few words about IGL Construct Kft.

IGL Construct Kft., founded in 2021, deals with interior design, full fit-out, residential renovation, commercial and office conversion and refurbishment. Their mission is to provide stress-free and guaranteed construction and renovation services to their clients, with the help of their reliable, multilingual general contracting team.

Implementation of the project

The project was implemented using our SIMO Rapid single-layer glass wall system. To ensure that our glass walls contribute to a smooth working environment, all rooms, such as meeting rooms, offices, laboratory and training room, were fitted with sound-insulating glazing as this was a priority for the client.

Our glass walls not only provide separation from the corridor, but are also installed between the offices. Our partition walls are fitted with single-leaf, aluminium framed glass doors with automatic thresholds, which also provide increased sound insulation in the interior.

The colourful design of the office is complemented by glass walls with anthracite-coloured profiles, which together provide a modern and exciting look.
