Our client, Ambi Light Kft., approached us with the plans for their new showroom and office, requesting us to design the interior partitions using our glass walls.
Ambi Light Kft., specializing in lighting technology, opened its new office and showroom on the ground floor of the newly built Metrodom Panoráma green residential building. The company, which has been operating for nearly 15 years, offers professional services to interior designers and residential clients, ranging from design to implementation. They have been involved in the lighting design of more than 2000 projects, including hotels, family homes, museums, office buildings, luxury, and penthouse apartments. Their professionalism is now showcased in their new office and showroom, spanning nearly 500 square meters, where they display hundreds of the world’s leading designer furniture and lamps.
For the design of the showroom and office spaces, our client chose our own developed SIMO Rapid glass wall system.
We installed 10 mm tempered glass on some of the office’s glass walls, while laminated safety Parsol glazing was used for other walls. Parsol glass is a transparent, color-tinted glass, which adds a special touch to the Ambi Light project. In the showroom, different lighting highlights the predominantly gray Parsol glass walls in various colors, making the showroom and office more exclusive. For the executive office wall, sound insulation was a priority, so we installed high soundproof glass walls in this room. To allow for privacy control, smart film was laminated onto the glasswall. This intelligent film becomes opaque at the push of a button, providing a higher level of privacy. We equipped the doors with automatic thresholds to ensure proper soundproofing.
In addition to the Parsol glass, the elegant and modern appearance is complemented by door accessories and glass profiles with anodized aluminum surfaces, which harmonize with the glass.
